Data processing on this website

Whenever you visit our website, our web server temporary stores each access in a log file. The following data are collected and will be stored until their automatic erasure:

  • the name and URL of the file accessed
  • volume of data transferred

Use of the online contact form

When you use the online contact form, we only collect personal data (such as e.g. your name and your e-mail address) to the extent provided by you. We will only use your e-mail address to process your inquiry. Subsequently, your data are erased unless you have consented to their further processing and use.

Use of the online application form

You can directly apply for a job with us by using the online application form.
The following information is required for this: First and last name, address, e-mail address, information on your driving license, the desired position, a short cover letter, information on your work experience, desired salary and your IP address and time of your application. Furthermore, you may voluntarily provide the following information: Your phone number, nationality, date of birth, work experience, language proficiency and additional qualifications and the earliest possible date you could start working for us. We will only use your data for processing your application and initiating a possible employment. Your data will be stored during the ongoing application process and for six months after its conclusion at most unless a different term applies due to legal obligations to retain data. Subsequently, your data are erased.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Art. 26 German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).


Our employees have the option of logging into our internal intranet via our website. You will need to enter the user name assigned to you and your password to log in.

Our security standards

Your personal data are transmitted by means of the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer) via the internet on our website. This technology offers a high level of security and is therefore also used by banks, for example, to secure data protection in online banking. We take technical and organisational measures to protect our Website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification and dissemination of your data by unauthorised individuals.

Under the GDPR, you have the following statutory data subject rights if the corresponding requirements are met:

  • Right to have the processing of the data stored with us restricted pursuant to Article 18 GDPR,
  • Right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR,
  • Right to withdraw at any time a consent given pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR; this will have the consequence that we will no longer be allowed to continue any data processing that was based on this consent in the future.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 GDPR, if you think that the processing of your personal data is in violation of any GDPR provisions.

Right to Object

Insofar as your personal data are processed pursuant to art. 6(1), sentence 1, point (f) GDPR on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right, pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, to submit an objection to the processing of your personal data insofar as appropriate reasons exist which arise from your particular situation.
